We process this data in order to deliver the services or training you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions. Our lawful ground for processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.

We process this data to operate our website and ensure relevant content is provided to you, to ensure the security of our website, to maintain backups of our website and/or databases and to enable publication and administration of our website, other online services, and business. The source of this data is from our analytics tracking system.

Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to enable us to properly administer our website and our business and to grow our business and to decide our marketing strategy.

(g) Public Comments – When you leave comments on site(s) we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment and this can be viewed by anyone online including family, friends, the media, investigators, and potential employers conducting background checks.

3. WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE DATA WE COLLECT

In order to effectively administer our website and to grow our business we use third parties who assist us with processing your personal data.
